Imagine clearing your cruise check-in in only ten seconds. Holland America has announced that it will soon introduce its “mBark” facial recognition program to the check-in process. Guests who upload a photo and pre-travel information form to Holland America prior to embarkation will be allowed to participate in this optional new rapid check-in concept.

American Cruise Line will be offering 3 and 7 night extensions to its eastbound Columbia River cruises later this year priced at $1,700 and $3,900 per person. The short tour will leave from Clarkston, WA for a jet-boat adventure through the Snake River’s Hells Canyon followed by a visit to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. On Monday, March 21, the Disney Magic became the first cruise ship to visit the Cayman Islands in almost two years.
